*There is a $25 fee for all testing appointment no-shows. All refund requests are subject to a $25 processing fee.

In some cases, testing for additional drugs can be completed upon request; an additional cost will apply. All tests are self-pay. Cash, checks/money orders and credit cards are accepted. Payment must be made in full before testing will be completed.
