This program provides monitored visitation services for parents that require observation while interacting with their children.
Fees
There is a one-time $50 enrollment fee that must be paid by the non-custodial (visiting) parent.
- $35 hourly fee for visitations that occurs for 18 months or fewer.
- $50 per hour after 18 months of service.
- $75 per hour after 24 months of service.
Parenting Time hours are available at times that are convenient to the families we serve, such as evenings and weekends.

Scheduling Process
Once all documents are completed and returned to Hope Council by both parties, and the $50 enrollment fee is paid by the non-custodial (visiting) parent, the program coordinator will contact each party to set up the visitation schedule.
