Urine Testing

The most familiar test there is — and the most affordable way to get a same-day answer. A 12-panel urine screen by appointment, with laboratory confirmation available when the result needs to hold up. No referral, no judgment, fees published up front.

Urine testing at a glance

The screen — $50

A 12-panel urine screen, non-witnessed. The practical first answer for court, employer, agency, or personal requirements.

Confirmation — add $100

If a court, employer, or agency will rely on your result, laboratory confirmation verifies what a screen indicates. Ask about it when you schedule — before the appointment, not after.

By appointment

Call 262-658-8166 to schedule. Payment in full is required before testing is completed — cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards accepted.

If plans change

Call ahead — rescheduling with notice costs nothing. There is a $25 fee for no-shows, and refund requests carry a $25 processing fee.

The difference that matters

A urine screen indicates possible presence — it is fast and affordable, and for many situations it is all that is needed. Laboratory confirmation is the verification step: it tests the same sample with more precise methods, so the result can stand up to scrutiny.

The practical rule: if your result is just for you, the screen may be enough. If someone else will make a decision based on it — a court, an employer, an agency — ask about confirmation when you schedule.

What the 12-panel checks for

The 12-panel screen covers twelve substance categories, including THC, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, and other commonly tested substances. Staff will confirm the full panel list when you schedule, and testing for additional drugs can be completed upon request at additional cost.

Straight answers about results

A urine screen shows recent use within each substance’s detection window — and detection windows vary by substance and by person. It cannot pinpoint exact timing or amounts, and a screen alone is an indication, not a verified result. Hope Council conducts testing and reports results without medical or legal interpretation — and nothing about a result changes how you are treated here.

Results go to you and to anyone you authorize through a signed Release of Information. Nothing is shared without it.

Common Questions

Is the test witnessed?2026-07-08T16:31:51-05:00

No — the urine screen is non-witnessed, as published. If your requirement calls for something different, tell staff when you call and they will help you sort out what fits.

What does it cost?2026-07-08T16:32:15-05:00

The 12-panel urine screen is $50. Laboratory confirmation testing is available for an additional $100. Payment in full is required before testing is completed.

Do I need confirmation testing?2026-07-08T16:32:36-05:00

If a court, employer, or agency will rely on the result, probably yes — a screen indicates, confirmation verifies. Ask when you schedule so the right process happens in one visit.

Who sees my results?2026-07-08T16:32:54-05:00

You, and only the parties you authorize through a signed Release of Information. Alcohol and drug services at Hope Council are protected by federal and state confidentiality laws.
