Hope Council’s Parenting Time program provides monitored visitation in a setting built for safety and consistency, with hours that work for real families, including evenings and weekends. No referral required.

One-time enrollment fee (paid by the non-custodial / visiting parent)	$50
Hourly visitation — 18 months of service or fewer	$35 / hr
Hourly visitation — after 18 months of service	$50 / hr

The intake documents above are completed and returned to Hope Council by both parties.

The program coordinator contacts each party directly to set up the visitation schedule.

Visits are scheduled at times that work for your family, including evenings and weekends.

No referral is required. Families enroll through court orders, agreements, and their own arrangements — complete the intake documents and the coordinator will confirm what applies to your situation.

A one-time $50 enrollment fee, paid by the non-custodial (visiting) parent, plus hourly visitation fees: $35 per hour for the first 18 months of service, $50 per hour after 18 months, and $75 per hour after 24 months.
