Kenosha County Substance Abuse Coalition
Every substance. Every neighborhood. One coalition working together for a healthier Kenosha County. The coalition brings together the people and organizations who deal with substance use from every angle — public health, schools, treatment, law enforcement, recovery communities, families, and neighbors — because no single agency can change community conditions alone.

Priorities
Coalition work focuses where collaboration moves the needle:
Prevention
Reducing substance use before it starts, especially among youth.
Stigma reduction
Changing how the community talks about substance use, so people seek help sooner.
Resource coordination
Making sure services connect instead of overlap, and gaps get filled.
Training and education
Building community capacity to recognize, respond, and refer.
Recovery support
Strengthening the local conditions that make recovery sustainable.
Overdose prevention and safe disposal
Practical, community-level harm prevention.
